I know that this is my 3rd post for the day, but at breakfast our puppy gizzmo was playing peek-a-boo. He seems to think that he has to be on the kitchen chairs while I am in the kitchen working. As you can I must not be working very hard for there's the dishes, laundry, and just general messes after the girls leave me to go to school.
I now at least have the dishes done and the laundry is 1/2 finished. But I will tell you that blogging is very addictive, I find myself spending a lot of time on the computer checking out everyones blogs. I love being able to keep up with everyones life.
So bear with me I am still learning, and I will have to get better at just posting once a day. It is just so much fun. I have not used my camera this much since I got it a year ago. I sure have used up alot of batteries. Oh well I am enjoying myself. May the Lord face shine upon you on this beautiful day.

This is just a close up of the same picture, but I liked it better.
I was sort of camera happy this morning, but the both looked so nice. I told them to smile pretty. It is not very often anymore that they are both home at the same time so I guess I have to treasure the moments.
I thank the Lord for my girls, they have truly blessed me and kept me going when the going was almost too rough to bear. I love you andPraise God for the days you both entered my life.

We had Mops yesterday....Thursday. I get the wonderful oportunity to direct the Moppets (I think I am just a little kid at heart). I have such great helpers Gloria Fanning and Sandy Large were there with us yesterday. Our main lesson was "Doing what is right and fair" in God's eyes. We play, sing,do activities and have great snack time. The best thing is learning about God. Be sure to ask the kids about what it means to be responsible and doing our parts.
We have gained 4 new Moppets this year I think we are up to 11 now! How wonderful God is SO GOOD!!! Hope all of you kiddo's had as much fun as I did. A special thanks to Gloria and Sandy.

I have told so many of you that I decorate a bulletin board for the retirement center in Stratton, so I thought I would include a few of the latest pictures. The only reason I take pictures is so that I do not duplicate them. And of course I have to send a picture to my mom every month. I love doing this, and I will send pict, of the girls helping me paint. They always help with the enlarging and painting. We have alot of fun.
This was for the volunteer breakfast, the theme was
mailboxes, I had a hard time deciding what type of mailboxes to
use, so I decided to use the Nebraska postage stamp instead.
This is Sept. lighthouse

This is a typical Sunday at the Maris' we all just veg. out after Church. Brittnae and our pekignese "Gizzmo" are enjoying their afternoon. Brittnae has been sick the last few days (sinus infection), today is the first day she has felt better. It is always so awful when they are sick, no matter how old they get.

Michael had the Lasik corrective eye surgery done last week in Kearney. He loves his "new look". (I made him get some sun glasses) He loves not having to wear glasses anymore. His sight is now 20/20 and 20/15/ he basically sees better than I do with my glasses on. I can say that I an totally relieved to have the surgery over. I was pretty stressed out that they were going to nick something that would cause him permanent damage. But PTL all is well!!
These are his safety glasses, so he would not scratch his newly corrected eyes.
(he would kill me if he knew I put this pic. on here)
